Pengaruh Perbedaan Kombinasi Basis Hidrokarbon Terhadap Karakteristik Fisik Sediaan Salep Ekstrak Etanolik Daun Binahong (Anredera cordifolia(Ten.) Steenis)

The skin is the most important organ in protection against injury and pathogens. One of the skin disorders in the form of burns. The binahong plant has flavonoid compounds, saponins and oleanolic acid which are efficacious as anti-inflammatory and reduce pain in burns. The selection of the right ointment base greatly affects the therapeutic effect of the ointment. This study aims to determine the effect of different combinations of hydrocarbon bases on the physical characteristics of the ethanolic extract of binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) ointment preparations.

This type of research is experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD). Extraction using maceration method with 70% ethanol. The hydrocarbon bases are 5% cera flava, 10% liquid paraffin, and 24% Vaseline album. The physical characteristics of organoleptic test, homogeneity, pH, protective power were analyzed descriptively. Adhesion, dispersion, viscosity were tested for normality and homogeneity using the Shapiro Wilk test and Levene's test. Normal and homogeneous distributed data were tested with one-way ANOVA with 95% confidence level followed by the Tuckey test.

The combination of hydrocarbon bases affects the physical characteristics of the ethanolic extract of binahong leaf ointment, including viscosity, spreadability, and adhesion. The test results of organoleptic, homogeneity, pH met the requirements. The test of adhesion, dispersibility and viscosity, with a significance of p<0.05, had a significant difference between each formula.

The biggest problem faced by teenagers in Indonesia is adolescent reproductive health problems, including unwanted pregnancy (UTD), abortion, early marriage and marriage, STDs or STDs and HIV/AIDS (Marmi et al, 2020). The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence reproductive health in junior high school adolescents in the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center working area. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The sampling method in this research is total sampling or saturated sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 83 junior high school teenagers. Data collection methods and tools use questionnaires. The conclusion from the data analysis is that there is a relationship between knowledge and family support and reproductive health in junior high school adolescents in the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center Working Area, Tanjungpinang City with a significant p value = 0.000 <0.05. Suggestions for health workers to provide education about adolescent reproductive health, so that adolescents avoid problems related to adolescent reproductive health.

Stunting is a condition of growth failure that occurs in children under five years of age (bavi under five years) as a result of chronic malnutrition so that children look short at their age. Stunting occurs in the critical period from the womb, 1000 HPK to the age of two years. if not addressed it will have a permanent impact because stunting is irreversible or cannot be corrected. This study is to determine the effect of education with audio visual media on mothers' knowledge about stunting in Telutih Baru Village, Tehoru District.This study used Pre-Experiment method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were 45 mothers who had a 2-year-old bailta. While the sample in this research is 45 mothers who have toddlers aged 2 years in Teluti Baru Village, Tehoru District. The sampling technique used total sampling technique The research instrument used a questionnaire in the form of statements, the variable in this study was a single variable, namely maternal knowledge. The analysis used in this study was the Wilcoxon Test.analysis of the effect of education with Audio Visual media on maternal knowledge about stunting in Teluti Baru Village, Tehoru District in 2023 from the results of the Wilcoxon Test Respondents' knowledge decreased 0, knowledge remained 0, Respondents' knowledge increased 45.

Thorax CT Scan Examination Procedure In Lung Tumor Cases At Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar

Background: A CT scan is a media imaging tool that uses x-rays to obtain images/photos inside the body. Thorax CT Scan is performed to identify existing conditions in the mediastinum of the lungs. Therefore, the use of Slice Thickness is very influential in looking at the image quality of a Thorax CT Scan. Methods: This research uses qualitative research with a case study research design to investigate phenomena that occur in real life contexts using various sources as evidence. Results: The result of this research is that the use of a Slice Thickness of 3 mm in viewing image quality is good enough to display the structure of the anatomical image so that it can diagnose existing pathology. Conclusions: The Thorax CT Scan examination procedure in lung tumor cases at Bhayangkara Makassar Hospital has followed the applicable SOP. The results of the image quality using a Slice Thickness of 3 mm are quite good in diagnosing the patient's disease.

Kidney failure is a serious public health problem, the impact of an unhealthy lifestyle, and the costs of treatment and care are quite expensive. The lives of patients with chronic renal failure are regulated and adapted to the changes caused by the nature of the disease and the methods of its treatment. Hemodialysis carried out by patients can maintain survival and at the same time change the patient's lifestyle. To find out if someone controls compliance, you can use health locus of control. This study aims to determine the relationship between health locus of control and quality of life in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at Raja Ahmad Thabib Regional Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The results show that there is a relationship between health locus of control and quality of life in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at Raja Ahmad Thabib Regional Hospital, with a p value of 0.006≤0.05. It is hoped that health workers will carry out treatment for chronic kidney failure patients by providing education, motivation and moral support to patients who are undergoing treatment and providing psychological counseling for patients who need it.
